Acupressure

  • Press and circle the following points for knee pain

  • Work on each point for at least 30 seconds

Exercises

  • while seated, tense & relax the quadriceps & hamstrings

  • bridge pose with a block in between knees

  • foam rolling: quadriceps, hamstring, IT bands & glutes
